Necrovalley" will NOT negate effects that do not designate a card or cards in the Graveyard as a target. So "Necrovalley" will NOT negate the effects of "Dark Necrofear" (when destroyed and sent to the Graveyard), "Revival Jam", "Winged Sage Falcos", "Twin-Headed Behemoth", "Mystical Knight of Jackal", and "Red-Moon Baby".

Would this ruling also include Ghost Knight of Jackal? I'm assuming so, since it's effect is almost identical to Mystical Knight of Jackal (except that it special summons the destroyed monster to your side of the field).

Also, would any of these cards (the Jackals or Winged Sage Falcos) be affected by The End of Anubis?

For the first question, assuming that the effect of Ghost Knight of Jackal is almost the same as the one of Red-Moon Baby, and knowing that Necrovalley does not stop Red-Moon Baby's effect, the effect of Ghost Knight of Jackal shouldn't be negated.

For the second question, The End of Anubis negates effects that designate a card or cards in the Graveyard. The ruling of Necrovalley says that the mentioned effects do not designate a card or cards in the Graveyard as a target. Then, The End of Anubis shouldn't work against them, in my opinion.

*nods* Exactly what I was thinking. I figured that, with Mystical Knight of Jackal et all, if there was any sort of targetting involved, it would've happened during the actual battle, either during attack declaration or immediately after the Damage step.
