Jam Breeding Machine and Statue of the Wicked Destroyed Simultaneously

I'm going to assume that if you destroy Jam Breeding Machine and Statue of the Wicked simultaneously, you still get to Special Summon your Wicked Token. I assume this because the effect is triggered regardless of the fact that Jam Breeding Machine was active at the time and that what counts is that it was not on the field at resolution of the effect. But then I could still be wrong. I know you cannot attempt to summon Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder with an active Jam. But that's more akin to a cost, as the payment or action cannot be made while the card is active. Wicked triggers nonetheless. Correct?

Well, that and the fact that "Statue of the Wicked" actually activates in the Graveyard. So by that time, there isn't a face-up "Jam Breeding Machine" to stop you anymore.

I was presuming so, but there was the whole thing with Hamon that had me thinking along different lines.

No, Rivalry of Warlords (I believe was the card in the Uria discussion two weeks ago) would be removed from the field in the middle of the bigger action of Special Summoning (if it was possible, of course).

Here, the two cards are destroyed, there's a slight gap in play during which Jam Breeding Machine's effect ends, and then the effect of Statue of the Wicked activates.
