It's time once again for another deck of commons from yours truly. Folks, let me point out again that you should feel free to offer your own comments and suggestions. With that in mind, let's take a look at an aggressive WATER deck that will allow you to swing with some big monsters.

As you can see, this is very dependant on A Legendary Ocean, but with Brain Control x2, and Snatch Steal, there should be options to tribute for the monsters you can't normal summon while ALO is on the field. We'll use Decrees to stop your opponent's spells and let you attack without fear.
You may want to consider Magic Reflector here to protect your ALO, or use WATER monsters less dependant on it, such as maxing out on Mobius, or Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin could be used for fun. Same goes for Bitelon. There are lots of options when using a WATER deck.
