I got a question about priority for a case that accured in one of the tournments.
Player A activated brain control on dark armed dragon. Player B had a phoenix wing wind blast face down and chose not to activate it.
when the dragon got to Player A's side of the field, they wanted to use priority for its effect. Player B said that they did not and activated phoenix wing wind blast.
I would like to know if they did have priority.
