Elemental Hero Prisma used for Contact Fusions / Gladiator Beast Fusions

Can you use "Elemental Hero Prisma" instead of one of the monsters required in a contact fusions for a neos monster, or for the gladiator beasts?
Examples:
1) Player A activates "Elemental Hero Prisma" effect and shows "Elemental Hero Marine Neos", sending "Elemental Hero Neos" from his deck to the graveyard, which permits Prisma to be considered as a "Elemental Heo Neos".
Player A already has a Neo-Spacial Marine Dolphin and attempts to fusion both the modified Prisma and Dolphin to special summon "Elemental Hero Marine Neos" from his fusion deck.
2) Player A activates "Elemental Hero Prisma" effect and shows "Gladiator Beast Heraklinos", sending "Gladiator Beast Laquari" from his deck to the graveyard, whichpermits Prisma to be considered as a "Gladiator Beast Laquari"
Player A already has 2 other GB and attempts tofusion both of them and the modified Prisma to special summon"Gladiator Beast Heraklinos" from his fusion deck.
Many players argue that as soon as the Elemental Hero Prisma is returned to the deck, it doesn't fulfill the requirements that Neos or Laquari was indeed send back to the deck for either fusion, as it doesn't have the name anymore once it leaves the field.
Is it elligible?
