Enishi; Shien; Grandmaster; Swiftstrike Armor; Six Samurai United

I have several questions on some of the newer "six samurai" cards:
1)Enishi, Shien's Chancellor: If this card has been summoned properly and then sent to the graveyard, can it then be special summoned with call of the haunted, premature burial or cunning of the six samurai?
I would think not because it says "card cannot be special summoned except by..."
2) Does Swiftstrike Armour (During your Draw Phase, if you draw a "Six Samurai" Monster Card, you can Special Summon it.) apply to Great Shogun Shien, Grandmaster of the Six Samurai or Shien's Chancellor?
I would think no on the Chancellor for reasons stated above, and yes on the other two.
3) Do Great Shogun Shien, and Shien's Chancellor count toward the counter on Six Samuri United?
I would think they do because they are considered "six samurai" cards.
