If I activate the effect of Destiny Hero - Malicious to remove it from play as a cost to special summon one from my deck and my opponent chains Imperial Iron Wall to the effect, what happens?



Also, can I chain Necro Gardna to the effect of a card activated during my opponents battle phase such as My Body as a Shield?
