Rainbow Neos - Fusion Substitutes?

Can I use King of the Swamp with a monster such as Elemental Hero Prisma(used its effect on Rainbow Dragon for example) to bring out Rainbow Neos, i dont beleive this works because rainbow neos says the above fusion material monsters, and king of the swamp is a substitute of the fusion, but i also thought that Prisma was as well, any clarification will help
