Q:
If Judgment Dragon is attempting to be Summoned Successfully, and Player A activates Solemn Judgment, and Player B activates Dark Bribe, can Player B Special Summon Van'Dalgyon the Dark Dragon's effect to Summon itself, or is does it miss the the timing due to the Summon of Judgment Dragon occuring?
A:
When the Chain finishes resolving and "Judgment Dragon's" Special Summon is successful, you can start a new Chain by activating "Van'Dalgyon the Dark Dragon Lord's" effect.
Also, it is not possible to use priority to activate "Judgment Dragon's" effect and also activate "Van'Dalgyon the Dark Dragon Lord's" effect. (In case anyone was curious)
