Jinzo #7 MRD-EN035

Happy New Years all! This is going up a little early since by Midnight I hope to be... well... figuring out what to replace "Morphing Jar" with in my deck since thanks to the USPS it needed to be signed for and I won't be able to get it now til Monday. Darn it.

So here's a machine with a name that gets you worried, until you see the "#7" at the end. Actually, he's not so bad of a card esp. with the machine support in "Rise of Destiny". "Jinzo #7" can attack directly. That's a nice thing. 500 ATK means "Machine Duplication" can bring all 3 to the field. Nice. "Limiter Remover" or 2? Well, we have 3000-6000 of direct damage goodness.

"Jinzo #7" really is only good in combos, but has a definate niche in a machine deck.

This was one of my favorite monsters back in the early days of yugioh. It's not that great with the other direct attackers out now. This card won a great deal of games for me when I ran my weenie rush deck. Then Jinzo came out in a tin and crippled it. :-(

This card won me a game in a tourney last tournament. I run Machine Burn, so it's not uncommon to get three out, maybe a couple with a Heavy Mech Support Platform. Then Limiter Removal once or twice for some easy damage. Main Phase 2, launch them away with Cannon Soldier before LR kills them!

One of my earlier decks when I began was a Gravity Bind / Jinzo#7 / Robin Goblin deck. It took people off guard then. I'm not so sure at this point with so many monster removal effects it would be the same....but it was a good bit of fun back then anyway!

definitely one of my personal favourites, not because of it's abilities, because of it's weird looking sci-fi artwork, don't you think?

yeah he kinda looks like Jinzo as a kid, and has a lot of characteristics of jinzo like its type and attribute are the same, each has "Jinzo" in its name, both have a mask-like thing on, each have there brain showing, and both have decent effects. My question is what happened to Jinzo #2-6?

I hear there were 10,000 cards in the first yu-gi-oh video game... maybe they were in there.

Yes a underated card. I love it with the new cards in rise of destiny. It is about time someone mentions this card.

I ask myself every time I look at Jinzo and his brother/cousin/ whatever rleation you call him Jinzo #7.

I just hope one day we WILL see the rest of the family.

[Sniff] Sadly that may be a fool's hope. The japanese names (the original ones) of Jinzo and Jinzo #7 are Android- Psycho Shocker and Cyborg #7 respectively. Their names have nothing in common. As far as the japanese version is concerned, they just have an uncanny similar appearance.

Back to Jinzo #7. I remember back in the days of Pharoah servant, when messenger and gravity bind didn't have as much to fear, this card was used quite fequently by my friend in his direct life deck. Machine duplication works well with them and Heavy Mech can give an extra boost. Granted, a small one but one that'll stop them from getting detroyed by Limiter. Just gotta pray the opponent won't waboku you when you try to go in a blaze of glory.
