Jinzo V.S. Divine Wrath

Is it possible to activate Divine Wrath against Jinzo when it is being brought to the field by any means?(means from grave or from a tribute)

No, because the effect of "Jinzo" is continuous, and "Divine Wrath" cannot be chained against continuous effects.

The only thing I can think of is if you used it against the effect of "The Creator" or "Spear Cretin".  Otherwise, you cannot activate a cards effect during the removal of a monster card from the field for a Tribute Summon (for Jinzo).
