As I was reading thru some articles at ude.com, I noticed one article that
revealed some photos about some new extended art cards for Vs. And it says
that these new cards will be available for the up coming Judge/player
reward programs.
My question is will this program cover Yugi or is it just for Vs.?
If it does cover Yugi, will we see some new cards for the game here?
If not, why not make a similar program for Yugioh!, after all we started
before Vs. System....
Any info you can get me will be appreciated, my players are asking about
this constantly. Thanx

Answer:
Kevin's post responding to Rexque's feedback is an excellent description of how
we are slightly hamstrung in terms of promo usage.
To paraphrase Kevin, since we do not own the rights to the game, we cannot choose
the usage for cards.
"Most of the sought-after cards available in Japan, but not out here, were
originally published as magazine promos or video game cards. That means, in
general, (there are always exceptions) that those cards will not come from
Konami Toy & Hobby and Upper Deck Entertainment. They will come from Shonen
Jump & Konami Digital Entertainment."
We are currently looking at other methods of rewarding judges for Yu-Gi-Oh! that
don't involve promo cards.
On the topic of rewards, I would like to solict everyone's feedback on this topic.
What would you, as a judge, like to see as rewards?
Obviously we can't do cars, houses, vacations, etc., but what items would you be
happy to receive?
Please post your feedback to the list and I will collect all the responses.
