I have a machine type monster on the field, I play limiter removal during
battle phase. In main phase 2 I play a last will.
At the end of the turn, when the monster is destroy by the effect of
limiter removal, can I use the effect of last will and bring back on the
field a monster with 1500 atk or less or the turn is consider Over and
it's too late ?
Answer:
It is not too late.
You will be able to Special Summon a monster after your Machine is destroyed
by "Limiter Removal." (thanks to Last Will)
