Player A has a set Stealth Bird
Player B plays Book of Taiyou on f/d monster flips stealth bird into attack
position.
Player B Ends turn
Player A uses Stealth Bird effect to put the monster f/d defense position
Player A then Flip Summons Stealth Bird inflicts 1000
My question is: can Player A use Stealth Bird's effect to flip it face-down defense position once again?
Reason I Think yes is because effect is reset when the Stealth Bird goes f/d the first time during the turn, so Player A should be able to use the effect again.

Answer:
You cannot re-use "Stealth Bird's" "flip this card into face-down Defense Position once per turn" effect if you have already used it during your turn. This effect does not reset when the monster is flipped face-down.
This is also true for monsters like "Guardian Sphinx," "Moai Interceptor Cannon," "Guardian Statue," and "Mid Shield Gardna."
