Ok help me get this straight?
BLS is successfully summoned removing 1 light and 1 dark, and then BLS is destroyed and sent to the graveyard.
My opponent uses warrior returning alive to return BLS to his hand can he the normal summon the BLS tributing 2 monsters or does the summoning reset and require him to tribute 1 light and 1 dark again to resummon the BLS.
I said when the BLS returned to his hand that the summoning requirements for BLS were reset

You were correct. "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning" can never be Normal Summoned or Set from your hand. In the situation above, your opponent would have to remove another LIGHT and DARK monster in his/her Graveyard from play to Special Summon "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning" again.
