Holy CRAP! They JUST released this broken most powerful Elemental Hero ever in Shounen Jump Mag as promo! (I didn't know until just now)
But meh, we can only get the glory days for 10 days before the March banlist WILL put this card 1x per deck. (It's far too broken, seriously, it's on the Japan OCG banlist as 1x per deck already.) But I'll review anyway.

Elemental Hero Stratos
Level 4 / Warrior / Wind / Effect
1800ATK / 300DEF
When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can select and activate 1 of the following effect:
- Destroy Spell or Trap cards on the field up to the number of "Elemental Hero" and "Destiny Hero" monsters you control (not counting this card).
- Select and add 1 "Elemental Hero" or "Destiny Hero" monster from your Deck to your hand.

Here it is, AIRMAN! Let's see the stats.
It's a LV4. But more importantly, it's a Warrior. So ROTA can search it. And it's 1800ATK. That's pretty darn high and good for a LV4. Overall, 1800ATK Warrior is good since it's searchable by ROTA. (i.e. searchable beatstick) It got 300DEF, but it doesn't matter. The only "good" 1800ATK warrior we got is DDSurvivor. Bu this one takes the cake as being way more broken then that card.
The effect, is KICKASS.
The first effect (okay, 2nd, but this is the more important effect) When you normal summon or special summon, you can search and add a E-Hero or D-Hero from your deck to hand. And note, this card is also an E-Hero. Sounds familiar. Yes, it's a freaking GADGET! And what's the difference between a Gadget and this card? Well, Gadget is only 1200~1400ATK, while this card is a whooping 1800ATK. In todays CC, only a Cyber Dragon can run over this thing as a result of battle. And it's a freaking FLOATER 1800ATK beatstick. Why? Cause Stratos can search ANOTHER Stratos. (Since Stratos is an E-Hero) If you hated a weenie floaters like Sangan and Gadgets, this card is even MORE annoying since it' got the high stat to support itself. (unlike Gadgets, who need a crapload of s/t support to make up for poor stats) Oh, and what if this card run out of itself of 3x copies? Well, you can search another E-Hero or D-Hero from your deck. (If you running E-Hero or D-Hero, this is easy. If not, you can at least run 1x E-Hero Wildheart for splashing) And after you got all of them in the graveyard, just Pot of Avarice them back to your deck to put back your 3x floater monster engine again.... These guys are Gadgets are crack... WAY TOO FREAKING POWERFUL.
So, if 1800ATK floaters that are searchable by ROTA wasn't enough, it got a 2nd effect (Okay, 1st effect) It can destroy a number of s/t on the field equal to E-Hero or D-Hero on the field except for itself... sounds familiar? Yes, it's a freaking POTENTIAL BREAKER! So we got the power of Gadgets and a Breaker all combined into one card on a 1800ATK beatstick Warrior... okay... if this doesn't reek cheeze and broken, I don't know what does. So since this card have a potential Breaker effect, you HAVE to get rid of them so you don't get multiple E-Hero or D-Hero on the field. (usually, multiple Stratos) But wasting Saku, Torrential, Mirror, heck, even Ring and BTH, is a waste since it's a FLOATER. But if you don't use them, next turn, they'll just break the S/T meaning, even MORE TROUBLE then before. See, this card just FORCES the foe for card disadvantage. The only saving grace and solution is pretty much get rid of it from HAND. (e.g. Trap Dustshoot, Mind Crush, Crush Card Virus, etc.) These guys on the field just screams +1 or +2 card advantage instantly when summoned.
Final thought,
By far the best E-Hero ever printed. Run 3x of these in ANY deck (i.e. like Cyber Dragon) not just E-Hero or D-Hero deck. But meh, it will be 1x per deck in March to check the balance of this card. (i.e. SHOULD belong only on E-Hero or D-Hero deck) Seriously, in Japan, these guys practically replaced Gadgets once they got released and no more 45 Fat deck for them... until March. So after March, definately put 1x of this card in E-Hero or D-Hero Deck. That's a must.

What that mean, yes, BROKEN! It got a Gadget + potential Breaker effect. And for a "gadget floater" effect, it's 1800ATK beatstick. And even if it's 1800ATK, it's a Warrior and thus SEACHABLE. When we get a SEARCHABLE 1800ATK floater Beatstick with Breaker effect all included into 1 freaking card... it just SCREAMS broken card advantage along with screaming to be on the banlist. And it WILL be on banlist, as 1x per deck in March. Or else Gadgets won't be running in TCG until October.
If you don't remember my rating. When I rate 11 out of 10, I'm screaming for "1 or 2x per deck". If it's 12 out of 10, it's means "Either ban it, or 1x per deck". If it's 13 out of 10, then "100% ban PLEASE" rating.
