can monsters stating... for example... "this monster can only be special summoned by removing one light and one dark monster from the graveyard out of play..." be monster reborned? i think it can... right!?! and it also goes with fusion monsters and ritual monsters? thanks very much!!!

As long as they can be special summoned (but not normal summoned), monsters can be reborned if they were properly summonedbefore they hit the graveyard. If the card's text is "THIS CARD CANNOT BE SPECIAL SUMMONED EXCEPT BY..." or "THIS CARD CAN ONLY BE FUSION SUMMONED" then you will not be able to reborn it.

That depends on how it was special summoned before... o_O

If a Fusion Monster with the card text
'this card can only be fusion summoned by ...'

gets fusion summoned properly (meaning: with Polymerization // Fusion Gate) and hits the Grave, you CAN actually reborn it.

example:
Dark Balter the Terrible
Fusion Monster (Fiend / DARK / 5 Stars / ATK 2000 / DEF 1200)

"Possessed Dark Soul" + "Frontier Wiseman"
This monster can only be Fusion Summoned by the above Fusion Material Monsters. When a Normal Spell Card is activated, negate the effect by paying 1000 Life Points. Also negate the effect of an Effect Monster that is destroyed by this monster in battle.

If the card text states
'this card can only be special summoned by Fusion Summon ...'

then you can't special summon this card, except by Fusion Summon.
So you can't special summon such a card from the Graveyard.

example:
Dark Paladin
Fusion Monster (Spellcaster / DARK / 8 Stars / ATK 2900 / DEF 2400)

"Dark Magician" + "Buster Blader"
This monster can only be Special Summoned by Fusion Summon. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, you can negate the activation of 1 Spell Card and destroy the Spell Card by discarding 1 card from your hand. The ATK of this card increases by 500 points for each Dragon-Type monster on the field and in either player's Graveyard.

Dark Paladin has been errata'd to reflect the proper template.

"This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon."

The monsters that state the "cannot/except" Special Summon restriction cannot be rebroned even if Special Summoned properly.

now if u combo ur way to start over from scratch like...des feral imp a nomi back to ur deck they "if" u have the cards needed u can sp.summon them all over again.."from scratch"...........that is the only way i know u can use nomi monsters again...

Those you quoted before can be reborned if they were summoned properly before.
But there are some monsters that can't be reborned, everyone else is talking about them.

-> soul : Sorry, I was thinking about Dark Paladin and I forgot how it was written...
