Kinetic Soldier WC4-002

In my area, alot of Warrior-based decks, alot of Burn too but mostly Warrior-types control style, because we all know control works. Dont we still believe in originality people? Haha oh well, that's not the point in this thread today, were throwing in a card known as Kinetic Soldier, the Humanoid-Berserk-Blastin-Anti-Human/Warrior Destruction Destructor Destroyer.

Lets look at the ATK/DEF value's of this card shall we?

Wow, won't put up much of a fight, will it? Your probably like what the @#$@!*, that cards is useless. Not even defense worthy, since there releases of monsters of 2200, 2100, and 2000 in Def as such... But don't pass by just yet, read the effect... possibly side deck worthy!

When this card battles with a Warrior-Type monster, increase the ATK and DEF of this monster by 2000 points only during damage calculation.
Atk/1350 Def/1800


Then you look at me in the eye and say, wow, who plays Warriors? Or the chances of anyone having a Warrior-based deck? Hmmm... just about everyone we know probably? lol, and you think about it.... Hmmm... can't hurt to have it in the side deck, it's not like we ever use one.... (which you people should take time to prepare) lol and the increase is just just what's so finatic about this card. 2000 AtK aNd DeF. Not just the atk, not just the defense, both.


The whole idea is, that it is a very good side deck idea, even you yourself run a Warrior deck, play against your friends/enemies with a little advantage in your side deck. Gotta burn deck? Have those Mataza run into your Kinetic Soldier that seem to get under your Level Limit - Area Bz.

Leave your thoughts below about this card that it may be good for, or how useless it seems to you. For me, I've got 3 in my side deck...

it didn't help me as much because I couldn't draw it at the right time. but I guess since sangan is back in the game, will see more of this being played. I would say definitely a side deck matieral, due to the fact that theres a lot of warrior decks out there and there is no draw back when it battles with warriors(unlike injection). ^^
 
also, I built around Kinetic Soldier (my fav. card, come on he's holding a shotgun), using DNA Surgery to make him an in-essence 3350, and Giant Rats can search him, as well as Sangan when he returns.....

1800 DEF, will stand up to a lot, maybe not so much come April First, but its a defense that's not to be taking lightly.

And when you're stuck going first that can come in handy:

(your opponent won't attack a face-up Kinetic Soldier if you have a face down S/T) All of a sudden your opponent just attacked a 3800 DEF monster, (pray that it wasn't with Amazoness Swordswoman) but the monsters not destroyed, free to be attacked again by a 3350 attack monster:

1000 ATK (the minimum for attacking a face-down monster, likely a sangan) = 5150 damage

1600 ATK = 3950 damage

2000 ATK = 3150 Damage

even a first turn BLS will suffer 1150 damage
 
A great little monster made better equipted with an Ax of Despair.
2350 attack to start with
4350 attack aganist warriors
Not a bad 3 star monster. A side deck must!
 
also, marauding captain, special summon kinetic soldier, creature swap marauding to them, kinetic pwns them for 2150 damage, and you got their monster
