Can my opponent's BLS-EotB be special summoned for the first time after my Kycoo is "snatch stolen" to his side of the field?

Actually even more generally, does the pronoun "you" in a monster's card text mean the owner of the card or the controller of the monster?

Any response is appreciated.

Your opponent can remove for BLS-EotB. Also, in this case, you refers to the controller, which is usually true.

The 'YOU' is 'USUALLY' referring to the controller of the monster, not the owner.

I say 'USUALLY' because there are, of course, exceptions to that.


So, to answer your question...

Yes, if YOUR "Kycoo" gets change to your opponent's side of the field ("Snatch Steal", "Change of Heart", "Enemy Controller", etc...), your opponent will be able to remove the necessary monsters to summon BLS - EotB, or the like.

Yes, I think an example would be Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6.

If you somehow controlled your opponent's Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6, and you were tribute it, it's always on your side of the field when the effect activated, so you could bring out your own Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8.
