i have noticed this in text of kycoo the ghost destroyer

"your opponent cannot remove from play any cards in either Graveyard. "

does this mean the controler of kycoo can remove any cards from play??

i lookt it up but cuddent find it.

If you control "Kycoo", then you can remove cards from play from either Graveyard, should an effect call for it.

Your opponent cannot remove cards from either Graveyard while YOU control "Kycoo". So they can't activate "Book of Life" if you have "Kycoo". They can't summon the overly abused "BLS - EotB".

Just for posterity, I'm going to add onto Skey's answer by saying that Kycoo prevents the payment of costs that remove cards (BLS-EotB, Strike Ninja, etc.) and effects that remove (Big Burn, Book of Life, etc.)

So if both people have Kycoo, then can neither player remove monsters with Kycoos effects?
