Lava Golem and Bottomless Trap Hole

Seeing the way Lava Golem's ruling are, it isn't possible for Player1 to activate Bottomless Trap Hole when Player2 places Lava Golem on Player1's side of the field is it?

You can still use Bottomless Trap Hole in response to your opponent special summoning a Lava Golem to your side of the field as BTH makes no reference to either side of the field, only that your opponent must have been the one to summon the monster.

Uhmm, isn't so simple. I knew the player receiving Lava Golem on his side of the field could activate Bottomles Trap Hole, but, reading this ruling, looks like this is a summon in common!

The ruling is:

You can Special Summon "Lava Golem" onto your opponent's side of the field and then use "Bottomless Trap Hole" to destroy it (sending 2 of your opponent's monsters to the Graveyard and giving him nothing in return).

Anybody else?

bottomless says when your opponent summons
and he does summon lava golem.
so you should be able to bottomless it.

however, the ruling that your opponent can bottomless the
lava golem he summoned to your side is ridicilous.

either they should change the text on the card or the ruling.

ps.
bottomless says nothing about which side the monster is summoned,
just if your opponent does the summoning
