Lava Golem w/Remove Brainwashing

:? Okay, I have looked from this mentioned on a number of forums and cannot find it. If I summon [glow=red,2,300]Lava Golem [/glow] to my opponents side of the field by tributing 2 of his monsters, can I then flip Remove Brainwashing, take it back and [shadow=red,left]attack[/shadow] him with it?

Here's your ruling, straight from RONIN and the UDE FAQ Website.

"When "Remove Brainwashing" is activated, monsters like "Lava Golem" & "Parasite Paracide" will return to their owner's side of the field, monsters revived with "Monster Reborn" return to their owner's side of the field, monsters taken with "Exchange" and played normally return to their owner's side of the field, etc."

If you own Lava Golem it will return to your side of the field.

Of course also remember that you will be the one taking the 1000lp of damage during each of your standby phases since you'll be the one controlling Lava Golem.
