Can you use Ojama Trio tokens to summon Lava Golem?

Yes, because Lava Golem is not a Tribute Summon. Your offering tributes to pay for it's Special Summon, which is not the same thing. Ojama Tokens and Sheep Tokens are not restricted from being offered as tributes, except for a Tribute Summon.
