Limiter removal

I would like to ask about limiter removal...

Senario:
I have a blowback dragon on my field.... I use 3 limiter removals... What would its attack be?

Blowback Dragon's original attack is 2300.

Limiter Removal #1 would make his attack 4600.
2300x2=4600

Limiter Removal #2 would make his attack 9200.
4600x2=9200

Limiter Removal #3 would make his attack 18400.
9200x2=18400

I can use limiter removal and double my xyz series and attack and then at main phase 2 fuse them right? This would prevent them from being destroyed right?
