as long as this card remains face-up onthe field,both players must turn their respective decks upside down and continue the current duel.

i think this card can work in an reversal quiz otk deck [you see what type to pick] and it let's you see what your oppenent draws.
i give it a 3/5 because of it's versitily and silliness.

actually it doesnt work with Reversal Quiz since it will be in the graveyard and you will have to play the guessing game with the top card now.

best thing to do is combo it with cards that send card to the bottom of your deck, then you play Emergency Provisions to gain life and filp the deck over so now you can draw the cards that you had placed at the bottom of your deck

It works with Archfiend's Oath

I'm hoping it will work with "Conscription" allowing you to summon one of your ooponents monsters. But the "Turn the top card over ans see if its a monster might prevent it from resolving (if you turn it over, can't tell if its a monster right?)

well the cards count as being face up already and convulsion makes the card on top of the deck public knoledge so you don't have to turn the card.

When the deck is fillped up is the bottom still the bottom or is it the top... Actually thats confusing hopefully you will get what I mean.

The entire deck is flipped over and not every individual card. So the original bottom becomes the top and vice versa.

Also of note, Helping Robo For Combat places cards on the bottom so you could use that with Convulsion of Nature to really give yourself some helpful draws... hence the name I guess .
