This may seem to be an odd choice, but honestly, it is one of those cards that everyone would love (and hate) should it become playable.
Sixth Sense
Normal Trap
Announce two numbers between 1 to 6. Your opponent then rolls a dice once. If the result is equal to either one of the announced numbers, draw the same number of cards equal to the result from your deck. If not, send the same number of cards equal to the result from the top of your deck to your Graveyard.
Where From: Valuable Book Promo 6
Likely TCG Appearance: Practically Never
Given the popularity of Card Trooper and the ability to dump cards in the Graveyard in order to reuse them, this is a card whose only downside is that it's a Trap. Sixth Sense's usage was about as predictable as it came. When the card was flipped, everyone called out 5 and 6. This way should either of those numbers be rolled, you drew a massive amount. If you missed though, the cards would be sent from your deck to the Graveyard.
So let's look at this. You have a 1 in 3 chance of drawing essentially a completely new hand without having to discard anything to start with. Even when you miss, you now have cards that potentially can be taken advantage of from the Graveyard (or fuel a Pot of Avarice). So like I said, where is the downside to running this card? Oh yeah. It's stopped by Jinzo and Royal Decree. You can see how that stops people from playing Mirror Force, Ring of Destruction, Torrential Tribute, etc.
This card was viewed as being so broken that it currently resides on the Banned List in the OCG and chances are won't ever come off. As such it's not likely to ever be printed in the TCG. There's the small chance they might give it the Victory Dragon treatment (where the card is set to restricted for the TCG release) but likewise the card would then end up being banned for life again once the next list comes around.
No point in rating. After all, there are banned cards and then there are banned cards. This one falls under the latter category as too good and too game breaking. Even with the odds against you for guessing right, they're not that terrible (just think how often you miss with Snipe Hunter to realize that with that flub, you could have say 6 new cards in your hand) and the returns are so much better. If it does come, abuse it while you can because a) everyone else will and b) it won't stay playable for long.
