Magical Dimension vs Horus LV6

Hi

Since Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6 is unaffected by any Spell Cards, can I destroy my opponent's Horus LV6 with the effect of Magical Dimension?

No, since as you said Horus is unaffected by spell cards. You can go ahead and target your opponent's Horus LV6, but when the resolution effect occurs the Horus will still stand.

No, you can't offer "Horus LV6" for "Magical Dimension" because the tribute is not a cost, it's part of the effect. It won't do anything.

In any case, that last question is covered in the rulings, sometimes it helps to read the rulings for a card first....

You cannot Tribute a monster for "Magical Dimension" that is "unaffected by Spell Cards" since Tributing is part of the effect of "Magical Dimension" (not a cost). If the only monster on your side of the field is "Gemini Elf" while "Non-Spellcasting Area" is active, then you could not activate "Magical Dimension".
