I think the events would happen like this;

Chain Link 2 ---> Effect of Ring of Destruction
Chain Link 1 ---> Effect of Magical Scientist to summon Ryu Senshi.

However your opponent can still chain something to counter, (eg. Hallowed Life Barrier, Call of the Haunted/Jinzo etc...) . But if no other links are played, I'm pretty sure you will win the game.

ok, 1st off, due to ryu senshi's effect, he can only be fushion summoned, so scientist cant special summon him. But if u could:

1st, sciebtist gets ryu, -1000, so he now has 500. If u chain the summoning of ryu, w/ ring on TIV, ring would go off before ryu is summoned, so therefore, he can not negate it w/ the effect of ryu.

Not true. Ryu Senshi can be Special Summoned outside of Fusion Summon. Its effect means that when Fusion Summoning you must use the proper materials, you may not use Fusion replacements like King of the Swamps.

Ryu Senshi says "Warrior Dai Grepher" + "Spirit Ryu"
This monster can only be Fusion Summoned by the above Fusion Material Monsters".

It doesn't say "this card can only be special summoned by fusion summon" like Dark Paladin.

If you look at the judge list you can find this post:

If the turn player Normal Summons Magicial Scientist and their opponent tries
to activate Waboku, can the turn player use priority to summon Ryu Senshi,
pay 1000lp, and negate Waboku?

If this is possible, can you also use Call of the Haunted in a chain
to Special Summon Magical Scientist and then use his effect to bring
Ryu Senshi out, pay 1000lp and negate a trap card that was just activated?

Answer:

Ah yes, the legendary Magical Scientist Vs Trap situation.

Priority allowed the Turn Player to place "Magical Scientist's" effect first
onto the chain. They activated its effect at the time it was successfully
Normal Summoned. (It sounds like the opponent didnt wait to see if they would)

Now, that's all Priority has done for them. It does NOT mean their effect
resolves first:

Magical Scientist --> Waboku

"Waboku" is going to resolve first. "Ryu Senshi"? He's still in the Fusion Deck.
He will not be stopping "Waboku."

Now as for the "Call of the Haunted" situation, it is not possible to activate
the effect of the Special Summoned "Magicial Scientist" because the chain
is still resolving.
Assuming it is their Main Phase, the player would need to wait for the chain
to finish resolving before they would be able to activate "Magical Scientist's"
effect, at which time it is far too late to stop "Waboku."

Substitute Ring of destruction for Waboku and you have your answer. Ring will not be negated by Ryu Shensi.
