If The End of Anubis is on the field face-up, the effect's Makyura the Destructor functions.
I suppose that not.

Makyura the Destructor:
During the turn this card is feels to the Graveyard, the owner of this card edge activate Trap Card(s) from his/her hand.

If EoA is face up on the field and Makyura is sent to the GY, Makyura's effect will not activate.
