Mantis problem

I need some help with Mantis...mainly the Tag Team on Mantis. I don't know if anybody else has tried, but it won't allow Tag Teams to be sanctioned. Is this a glitch or does UDE simply not ready for it? Suggestions on where to go to find an answer? Thanks.
