From the text on the card itself: "Dark Paladin" can only be special summoned by fusion summon.
This means:
a) You can use Polymerization to bring out "Dark Paladin"
b) You can use Fusion Gate to bring out "Dark Paladin"
[c) Because there is no restriction on the monsters you need, you can use a "King of the Swamp" or other Fusion-substitute monsters to replace either "Dark Magician" or "Buster Blader" when you use Polymerization or Fusion Gate.]
Nothing else will allow you to bring "Dark Paladin" to the field.
