Mill deck?

Can someone help me out here? I've seen the phrase "Mill Deck" popping up a ton lately and (yes, I admit my own ignorance here) I don't quite know what a Mill Deck is.

Is this new terminology?
Is this a popular new decktype?
What type of cards are common to a Mill Deck?

Any help on the matter would be appreciated. I feel out of the loop on this one.

mill= a deck that focuses around forcing the opponent to deck out before they get a turn

A "Mill Deck" is a deck-out themed deck. I'm guessing it's name comes from a reference to "Millstone" from "Magic: the Gathering" where you use that card's effect to cause your opponent to discard cards from the top of his deck (and eventually deck them out).

So what's popular in it? Anything used to deck your opponent out.

Morphing Jar #2, Cyber Jar and Needle Worm all come to mind.

Most Mill Decks are designed to be fast and furious. I would say I run one. Mine is designed to do the same thing but I don't think you can call it a Mill Deck because mine does it slowly and painfully.
