Miracle Jurassic Egg vs Macrocosmos/Dimensional Fissure

Miracle Jurassic Egg says as long as it's face up it cannot be removed from the game. Macro/DF/Banisher monsters say any card headed for the graveyard gets detoured RFG. So does that give the Egg the Reaper "cannot be destroyed in battle" pro bono due to the field condition of total removal upon "destruction" or would it go to the graveyard ignoring the removal condition? That could be BRUTAL if done right.

Either that, or cards that are destroyed are no longer considerred to be face-up on the field, so MJE could be removed if destroyed.

I've never seen either card, but I'm betting it's that second one. >_>

This is answered in the rulings. A "Miracle Jurassic Egg" that is destroyed by battle when "Macro Cosmos" is on the field will still be removed from play.

What cards would remove a face-up Miracle Jurassic Egg from play, then? Offhand I can only think of Big Bang Shot.

Dark Core, Puppet Magic of Dark Ruler are a couple that come to mind. So it sounds like you couldn't target/use either of them.
