Offer 1 monster on your side of the field as tribute. Pick up cards from your deck until you pick up a monster that can be normal summoned, (That comma is not needed, by the way...) and special summon it. Send any other cards picked up to the graveyard.
Now I'm not so sure on this, but can monster gate special summon level 5 and higher monsters? The card states that the monster you pick up has to be able to be normal summoned, but when you tribute for a monster it's considered a tribute summon right?
On Ronin's errata, one of the rulings refers to the Dark Magician of Chaos. I checked and it's a level 8 monster.. So I'm assuming MG can special summon any monster as long as it doesn't have a summoning condition to be fufilled, correct?
