My question is this: If I have a monster on the field that was summoned in a previous turn and my opponent activates Book of Moon or Enemy controller on it changing its position, can I change the position of my monster durring my main phase if I have not attacked or changed its position this turn?

Okay, reading the question and my response more carefully, my post should be amended to this:
The current rule in America says that if a monster's mode is changed during a turn, you cannot change its mode manually (i.e. without an effect) for the duration of the turn.

Pyro Clock of Destiny only works on cards that say "in # turns". Cards that reference "the next turn" are not affected.
So Pyro Clock only works on cards like Final Countdown and SoRL (for now).
