monster recovery-vs-non spellcasting

if i have non spellcasting area f/u on the feild an then play monster recovery on a norm monster f/u ...i know the noster will not return to y hand but do i still get the effect to draw a new hand...

p.s..here's one quick one...
i know i can use amazon archer's effect while skill drain is on the field but can i still use mage scientist an cap.turtule effect as well??thnxs..

if i don't have a monster in my hand to special summon can i still use dramatic rescue to save a amazoness/amazon archer mnst card..

you can activate monster recovery and you will draw a new hand
2) you can activate all effects from effect monsters on the field, that they don`t do anything in many cases. You can pay 1000 LP for scientist but you can`t bring any fusion monster.
3) Not so sure about this but, no you can`t activate dramatic rescue just to save an amazoness.
Need to confirm that one.

You may activate it. Non-spellcasting area doesn't prevent the activation conditions. You'll see under the FAQ that you may still activate Creature Swap when there are only effectless monsters on the field with Non-Spellcasting Area.

thnx for the replys...but can anybody tell me about the dramatic rescue Q.
if i have a anazoness/amazon archer mnst f/u my opponent plays whatever
to trget my amazon..can i stil use dramatic to save the mnst card even with no monster to special summon in it's place..
