What is the ruling for the following situation:

Player A flips morphing jar. Both players don´t have 5 cards on their decks to draw. Since no player has enough cards to resolve morphing jar´s effect, is it a draw?

MORPHING JAR
If there are fewer than 5 cards in the Deck of either player when this card's Flip Effect is activated, that player will lose the Duel, since the text of this card says "draw".

I think both players would lose, and it would be a draw. Since both players have fewer than five card, both suffer a lose.

Since both players must draw 5 cards, either player having less than 5 cards remaining would cause that player to lose, and if both have less than 5, they both simultaneously lose and it would be considered a Drawn Game.
