Opinions and suggestions would be appreciated.

It seems to me to be a League of Assassin's deck guest starring some Emerald Enemies characters. There are a lot of one-ofs in the deck, which make it a bit questionable in terms of getting what you need when you need it. Until you hit your first Emerald Enemies character, your team-up is nil, and you have no way to team them up.

Following that, there is only one card that even requires an Emerald Enemies character, which makes the presence of said Enemies a little troublesome to me.

The Shrike seems like an unnecessary card in this deck, because it seems like you are intending to curve, and since you have search, you should be able to do that easily. What this means is that you are likely to have a dead card, rather than an ATK pump.

I would drop Pit of Madness as well, since it is unlikely you will get much effect out of it. Once it is up, your opponent will play around it (or KO it), so it is also questionable in its use.

I would drop the 3-drop Ubu. He's a tough enough character to get out regularly when your deck is all League. With the addition of Emerald Enemies characters, particularly so many in the low drop area, you may find that this Ubu won't help you as much as you'd like.

Something I would suggest adding would be a few Golden Deaths, particularly with the presence of Ra's al Ghul, Eternal Nemesis. I would also look at some Emerald Twilights. This would allow more synergy with your Emerald Enemies cards as well as allowing you to maintain more board presence.

I would also consider trading in all of your 5-drops for Bane or Fatality. Fatality has excellent synergy with Lazarus Pits, considering that all her effect requires is that you attempt to KO a character you control. If you choose a character that can't be KO'd, such as one protected by the Pits, too bad for your opponent.

I would also consider adding in at least one of the 8-drop Ra's al Ghul. Appa Ali Apsa may seem like the only choice you would ever want, but the ability to shut down payment powers should not be overlooked. His stats may be a little low for an 8-drop, but what he does more than makes up for it.

golden death requires a defender to be exausted; Also, trying to have as few plot twists as possible.

my team up card is metropolis. 4 is all I need as I have x4 The Demon's Head.

Ubu 3 drop is absolutly nessisary. He is in there if I don't have my team up yet and I need to search for a 3 drop with Mountain stronghold. He's my last choice for a 3rd turn, but as a 5/6 he will always be needed that 3rd turn every 10th game.

Fatality is a great Idea I had not thought of, I will definatly be putting her in.

In case you didn't notice, the shrike is in there so that I can get either Lady Shiva to 27 attack on the 5th turn or Graven to 33 on the 6th turn and inflict very large amounts of damage.

btw
-1 pit of madness
+1 Tower of Babel

Long time no see, EFF. Good choice on removing the Pit of Madness. I've yet to discover it's usefulness. Probably best left for the "stunned" League build involving Bronze Tiger and whatnot. Though you could consider Coast City in place of a Pit or two and put something else in Ubu-Ra's Al Ghul's Bodygaurd's place just to get around that pesky Loyalty.
