Have Changed the deck alot i have had Extreamly useful fead back If you can keep it coming.

Well, obviously with the ban list sort of...ouch(ing) your deck a little, it's sort of like a blessing in disguise, as it allows you to add some useful cards WITHOUT having to worry too much about what to remove.

So, we obviously remove 10 cards in total (3 monsters, 5 spells and 2 traps)

So now we have 16 monsters, 12 spells and 2 traps.

Well, because I'm lazy, let's work on the traps first. Just add a couple of "bare necessities" such as Bottomless Trap Hole, Sakuretsu Armor and perhaps a Dust Tornado for good measure. 5 traps, 7 cards to work with.

Obviously getting the Hino dude out is easy enough with the Stray Lambs and Flame Rulers in there, so tribute support isn't REALLY needed as much. Now while I REALLY hate to suggest it, perhaps a Dark Hole in there would help, as you have enough S/T removal for now, so some mass monster clearing could work (I hate to suggest it as though I UNDERSTAND why Dark Hole is back...I still don't agree with it).

Of course, with only 1 Dark Hole, you can't always rely on that for allowing an easy way for Hino's effect to be used, so how about adding 2 Big Bang Shots. Even though it's on a Spirit Monster, Big Bang Shot is really useful for THIS one, Yamata Dragon and Asura Priest as well.

I mean, you could always add a Spiritual Energy Settle Machine or 2 for that.

That's about all I have for now.

Thanks very much

I dont usually have a problem getting hino out. it is clearing the feild or getting an attack. My lord it is funny to see some one attack my face down moster and get hit 1000+ LP and then loose there hand next turn.
ive edited some but i stilll need to have alook at a few more cards
I really like some of your ideas.

I've been having a great deal of fun with a similar deck as of late. My solution to getting cards back in my opponent's hand has been quite simple (even more so with the new list) I've been running 3 (yes three!) Guardian Sphinx, 2-3 Giant Trunade, and 2 Ultimate Offering.

With Nobleman of Crossout limited to one per deck Guardian Sphinx is a force to recon with. Ultimate Offering allows me to tribute my Flame Ruler during my opponent's battle phase to set Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi or tribute another monster for Guardian Sphinx.

Soul Exchange works well in my deck as well as the Stray Lambs that was previously talked about. The combo I remembered yesterday that I'll be putting into this deck is Magial Hats (combined with Ultimate Offering) which allows me to tribute the two S/T cards brought out with Magical Hats (using Ultimate Offering) which are temporary monster cards.

I've been playing this game for 4 years and I have to say that sending all my opponent's S/T cards back to their hand with Giant Trunade, then their monsters with Guardian Sphinx, and then the look on their faces when Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi hits the field is the most enjoyable combo I think I've pulled off since I started playing the game.....when you hear the "PmmPH!" of 7-12 cards hitting their graveyard all at once it's music to the ears....and cause YOU to grin from ear to ear!

Thank you very much for the ideas.

Spinx's i have offerings i have thats a great idea.

But about the Soul Exchange?

I mean yeah to get out spinx (i think)

But Hino is not as good Set face down.

Cheers John :)

True, it's not as good face down but....it has what....2900 def.? Does your opponent have many monsters that are going to punch through THAT wall? The first game you might be suriprised just what curiosity will make your opponent do. It doesn't matter how the battle damage comes. If your opponent attacks with a monster with lower ATK than your monster's def. it's STILL battle damage.

Wouldn't you rather sacrifice your opponent's monster (with Soul Exchange) than yours? Especially if it means getting rid of his big honking beatstick or a face down flip effect monster that you don't know what it is....and wait until next turn to flip summon and attack?

Maybe to stop wasting your (and your opponents, however, that is less important in this case) monsters, it is a option to use Spiritual Energy Settle Machine. Just to keep your *says, very confused: "What a name....!"* Hino-Kuga-Tsuchi on the field. However, it would work best when you would have a Sinister Serpent for the cost, lol....

EDIT: Hé? Since when am I a beginning gamer, instead of a gamer wannabe? Didn't notice that...

At first glance Tsukuyomi seems like a REALLY good idea, I included it in my deck of a similar nature. What I found though is that I seldom got to use it for what it was intended if at all.....just from my experience, yours obviously, may vary.

I have tried That card

Well she has a reusable effect but it just doesnt really seem to work in this deck. i think you are right on that.

thanks though

Thanks drew.

Well i will try the pheonix

i am running one Book of Taiyou allready and thats the max in a deck.

shallow grave has a drawback (your opponent not so good in this deck)

All ready tested yamata doesnt work nearly as well as expected.

i dont have 2 spare gravekeepers spy's im sure i could get some but what would i take out i fiind the deck is rather full

I agree with you, I tried Yamata in this my deck like this as well and I didn't use it but once in 6-7 matches.

I don't think that 3 Hino's is too much though. I was running 3 plus 3 Guardian Sphinx and had a problem only once. MOST people gawk at running more than two tribute monsters and that's understandable....they aren't accusomted to either making or playing a deck that focuses on them and don't know how to build a deck or play a deck that does so. Once you get used to what it takes to make such a deck work you only get caught once in a great while.

IMO, a Deck with 4-6 Tribute Monsters works best in the most cases. However, as you already say, there are ppl who are afraid of 3+ Tribute Monsters...

Thanks for the suggestions

I Think that most decks should play only 2 or three tribute monsters. (unless made other wise) you can run 6 tribute monsters but that is very hard with out Soul Exchanges. IMO... any ways.

Thanks for all of the ideas post more if you can think of them
