Anyway, I'll start by rating some cards.
Let's start with Mystic Box.
Mystic Box
Normal Spell
Select 1 monster on each side of the field. Destroy the selected opponent's monster and Shift control of your selected monster to your opponent.
Gee, you select 1 monster on each side. And then you destroy 1 monster and give your own to your foe. And your given monster is a permanent one, until it get destroyed, which then it goes to my graveyard. Now hmm... where did I seen a card like this? Oh that's right, it was Creature Swap. And guess what, that card was abused that it's now semi-limited to 2 per deck. Can this card become too powerful like Creature Swap? Let's find out.
Now first, this card have almost all the plus gains of Creature Swap. First of all, you give your monster. This may sound like a bad thing, but if you build your deck right, that's not a prob. I mean, before days, people were packing 3x Scapegoats and giving free sheep tokens all way with Creature Swap. And your opponent have to give away at least 1 monster. So if you activated Creature Swap when your foe had 1 powerful monster, and the you at least 1 weakass monster, you gained total advantage. This card is similar, you destroy a card, and then you give your weenie. If you make your deck right, this is great card indeed.
When this card activates, first you choose BOTH your foe and your monster. This is good cause then you can target your foe's most powerful monster even if they got other monsters on the field. That's great advantage and something that Creature Swap can't do. So unlike Creature Swap, your foe can't chain CotH or Scapegoat to summon a fresh new weenie monster to swap over. What your foe CAN do is somehow chain a trap/quick-play to destroy/tribute the selected monster of either your monster or there very own personal monster that you chosen by Mystic Box. If that either 1 of the selected monster cards of yours and your foe is gone, then Mystic Box effect is negated cause the required number of monsters is gone and this card is destroyed by game mechanic without doing anything. But his is pretty darn rare case. (An example are tribute effects. Like Cannon Soldier, Mystik Wok, or something like Magical Dimension or something.) And just like Creature Swap, both you and your opponent need to have 1 legal monsters to switch out, but they can be face-down sets or tokens.
Now let's see the uses. Scapegoat isn't the only option here. You can make a deck so you can pull use the power of Mystic Box. Some of the obvious choices are searcher monsters like Sangan and Mystic Tomato to give yourself another monster after you destroy them, along with re-summon-itself monsters like Fox Fire, or monsters that have good effects when given to your opponent like Poison Draw Frog, Ameba, or plain old used up effect monster that you don't need say Magician of Faith.
There are some downside. Unlike Creature Swap, the foe selected monster is destroyed, not given to you. So you don't have a monster after this effect. So unless you didn't had 2 monster on the field, it's hard to use. But there are assists to help you with this prob. Marauding Captain when normal summoned, you can special summon another weak monster. You got instant 2. A better option is Cyber Dragon. You gotten rid of 1 of your monster and given to your foe. With 0 monster on your field and 1 weenies weak monster on the foe's field, it's begging for Cyber Dragon special summon. Not just Cyber Dragon, but any card that can special summon itself can help here like Chaos Sorceror, Fenrir, Inferno, etc. etc. If you use Mystic Box correctly, you gotten rid of 1 annoying real powerful monster and you get a free attack with your powerful monster.

IMO, I can see Mystic Box being semi-limited just like his brother. I mean look at Gravity Bind. His brother Level Limit - Area B also got semi-limited just like Gravity Bind. And thus so does this card.
Overall, this card needs a deck themed around it. You can't just splash it in any deck for it to work well. You ARE giving 1 of your monster perminantly. But once you make a deck for it, it's really powerful as you can select any of the foe's monster and destroy it, and you can literally go for a free easy attack target as well.

In the end, I give it a
9 out of 10
Nice job Mystic Box. I hope you'll be killing all those power monsters and nasty face-down set monsters all day.
