I summon Mystic Swordsman Lv2 and with the effect of MS Lv2 destroy face-down Pyramid Turtle. The effect of PT does not resolve because he is not destroy by battle result, but by the effect of my MS Lv2 (MS Lv 2: "destroy the monster immediately with this card's effect without flipping it face-up or applying damage calculation").
