Can MST counter MC.............I say no but my friends say yes.
It seems that both cards are the same speed and becasue MST doesn't negate MC would still resolve.

If that's the case what can destroy MC

MST can be chained to MC, but it will not negate its effect.

MST will only destroy.

You can destroy MC when it's face-down, or negate its effect with Jinzo, Seven Tools of the Bandit, Solemn Judgment, Trap Jammer, Ryu Senshi etc.
