Nothing much to do. Rather simple. Power Bond, Cyber-Stein a Cyber End Dragon with your opponent havning no Spell or Trap Cards on the field and no monsters, let alone a monster that would not pose a threat. Using Megamorph, Limiter Removal is a must. Even Cyber-Twin Dragon can do this.
