Need help with my Wind!

I've been looking at the possibility of making a wind beat deck...but it obviously can't be as simple as 3 Slate Warriors, 3 Spear Dragons, and 3 Luster Dragons....need some synergy here folks...obviously Flying Kamakiri #1 can help me maintain field presence....Twin-Headed Behemoth as well. I'm considering a pair of Silpheed and Chaosrider Gustaph and a copy of Chaos End as well as a copy of Rfdd.

Spell cards thus far are pretty standard fare except for a pair of Rising Air Current.

I'm planning on including a pair of Waboku, a pair of Sakuretsu Armor, and a single copy of BTH among the other standard traps to protect Spear Dragon. I'm hoping to "tempt" my opponent into an easy battle kill with Spear Dragon in def. and using it to my advantage.

Seems like some synergy is missing though....any help folks? Armed Dragons are a possibility and I've side decked them but I've experimented with them before and it seems their effect never really fires off.

I even considered going weeny-wind as their are a number of good 3 star and lower monsters....anyone have any experience with this?

Take a Harpie Lady 1 approach-- she boosts atk for Winds, and is searchable via FK#1-

Something else I would consider, would be a Spell Canceller line-- go 3 Spell C's and run a heavier Trap line- Harpie Lady 1 keeps the Spell C's alive via its effect-

Just some thoughts-

I've seen Harpie Lady #2 being teched recently. Due to the popularity of flips (Dekoichi, MoF, Merchant, etc.) there's some good opportunities for her to get something with her effect.

Wind decks don't have a whole lot of support from magic or traps. Here are a few cards that may fit into your deck.

Spiritual Wind Art - Miyabi
Silpheed
Gorgon's Eye

I'd try using these cards in the deck:

Silpheed
Chaos Rider Gustaph
Twin-Headed Behemoth
Gyroid
Flying Kamakiri #1
Slate Warrior
B.E.S Tetran
Mirage Dragon/Pitch Black Warwolf
Cyber Dragon
Zaborg/Mobius

Spells and traps, just use mainstream cards. Try to go for a 20-10-10 build. (that's what I like to do =) ) Or a 18-12-10 build. I find those working best

It may seem "standard", but we fiend duelists always wanted to try this approach but had a hard time affording the situation.

Set your Slate Warrior.
Use Nobleman of Crossout
Return from the Different Dimension three 1900 beaters, maybe more if you add some other cards to the mix. Could make for a "gust" of a problem 8^D

My original interest in a wind deck came from this thought pattern and evolved from there. I prefer to let my opponent Nobleman my own Slate Warrior but I certainly could do so myself. Now consider the following monsters in addition to Slate Warrior....

Silpheed
Chaos Rider Gustaph
Garuda the Wind Spirit

and of course Spear Dragon for trample. The three monsters I listed all remove cards from play. I thought about using Chaos End as a field clearing card before RfDD.....just a concept that I'm developing.

Idk, most wind monster have been insects so..that doesnt help a whole lot....Oh Oh oh, I know use Little Winguard. Such an awesome card can summon him out attack, then in the end phase use his effect to switch him to defense. atk could be better but 1400atk, 1800def isnt too bad at least. I just remembered him, one of my favorite cards ^.^

God! where to begin! omg, Spiritual Wind Art - Miyabi will work, Harpie Lady 1 Harpy Lady 2 Harpy Lady 3 Silpheed Biordface, Adhesive Explosive, Roc from the Valley of Haze, Armed Dragon LV3 and the others LV's Spear Dragon Garuda the Wind Spirit Windstorm of Etaqua, sorry if someone's named some of the ones I put down. A wind structure deck is also coming out in like a month too =D

i think a couple copies of zero gravity or windstorm of etaqua would work well....defensively, they can thwart an attack or end a battle phase , they can keep spear dragon around a bit longer as well as set up to pierce, or kill off a monarch....that "chainable" thing is nice....especially if you attack into mirror force
