I like it!! Although, they have released the evilness of Exiled Force upon us!!! lol

Anyway, I think removing all the Chaos Monsters, except DMoC, is a good thing, but not limiting Cyber-Stein is not, even though they did make it a little harded to get at a consistant OTK.

Exiled to 2 would be great in my warrior deck. I was suprise that stein or the monarchs were not even touch. I hope this isn't final.

tdude, Ring is back. OMG, that card PWned so bad... XD

if this is "the list" then man... i figured this is what would happen with TER, there is a reason and people wont see it till Cybernectic IMpact, when you rip open a pack and see a cup of noodles staring at you in the face.

this list is wack yo.

Edit:

OKay i went to DM comet and its the same list, safe to say since V-Jump posted it, it is the list that will be in effect Sept. 1 happy what ever holiday we celebrate during the first week of september everybody.

If this is the case I see Monarch decks growing in fame again. The two things I would have liked to seen addressed is the abuse of Zaborg and Cyberstien. I think we'll see Zaborg become yet more popular with Chaos Sorcerer gone as a form of monster destruction. It was interesting last week at GenCon Indy, you know it's time to ban a monster when, in one round, I heard 3 people appologize for winning "in that way"....Cyberstien.

With Exiled Force going up to 2 copies I can see why Ultimate Offering was limited. I can just imagine 2 copes of Exiled Force with 2 Warrior Returning Alive and 2 Reinforcements...what a nightmare! This might make my Creator deck a little more fun though <s>

This is a very nice list. In should like in most cases follow suit with the American list, but then again you never really know. In addition what took Konami so long to ban cards like Chaos Sorcerer and Snatch Steal. I mean Snatch Steal is just another version of Change of Heart when you think about. And Chaos Sorcerer is just another Black Luster Soldier when you really think about. How come Konami does not make a more preemptive strike when banning these cards, would it not be easier to ban an entire class of cards instead of being too permissive?

I can't tell you the number of times that duelists would tell me you gotta have a Chaos Sorcerer, and a Snatch Steal. Obviously, I did not want to waste my money on such cards, if they were going to be banned anyway.

And also why must take cards that were once restricted and semi-restrict them? The only things that I don't agree with are semi-restricting Giant Trunade, Exiled Force (it should stay at one), and unlimited Emergency Provisions, and Lightning Vortex. If Konami would only keep the cards that were once restricted stay restricted, and keep the cards that were once banned stay banned, with the exception of Mirror Force and my good old friend Ring of Destruction.

One more question that has everything to do with Nobleman of Crossout, but nothing with the OCG ban list. Does Shield Crush destroy face-down Defense position monsters? If so why or why not?

As long as it is in face-down "defense" (because we know, no matter how rare it is played, Darkness Approaches....), I dont see why it wouldn't.

this list is the product of all otk Varients and Chimeratech Over dragon and the ultimate stoper, TER.

why, becuase of Cyberdark Impact, while most players in the TCG dont know this what really will affect the meta or atleast would have was in Cyberdark Impact, people say the set was bunk, but to be completly and totally honest with you, It made Fusions work.

a Prematurable/call able TER was awsome, but... Konami doesnt belive in winning with stalling/controlling the Opponents monsters so finally the restricted to 1 fusion is now Banned. which is sad becuase even at 1 it wasnt such a bad nuesence, yea it had the ability of returning like never before but still.

If you guys look at the OCG list there was a card that got unbanned and that was Victory Dragon, Giant Trunade at 2 with FUture Fusion at 1 [Speculated already] is basically becuase they dont want the Chimeratech OTK to ever hit over seas. Finally when there is a deck that will flip everybodies mind and contend with the meta it basically gets restricted like never before.

Funny enough though, D-Hero Dasher didnt get taken into any list. For thouse of you that have used it or havent used it, you should try and use it and see how "too good" it can actually be.

You cant ever say, "Man i toped deck a tribute" with a Dasher in the grave.

Funny though, that Ring of Destruction returned. I really never expected that considering its been gone for 1 year. Espect it to be decked asap becuase that was on heck of a card.

this is list is ubber bunk and if you really enjoy it then man you dont know what you missed out on.

You're never going to find "The Magic List" that makes everyone happy. The best you'll always be able to do is satisfy the most people who just enjoy playing the game no matter what, and accept a challenge.

I like the list because it's different. I'll like March's List because it will be different, and so on, and so on....

You'll never completely be able to rid the game of OTK's because there will always be a way to create one. Just like there will always be a certain amount of Stall left in the game. Look how long it took to completely take out Gravity Bind (by reducing it to one per deck), and I honestly can't say that I have seen a Top 8 Deck use that card ever, yet here it is!!

I don't like Ring of Destruction being back, but you know what? I also didnt have Royal Decree when I found myself picking up my cards and preparing for the next Match either. Now, I have them. The obvious pattern is, cards come back when they aren't as "broken" or "unavoidable". Maybe when we get Death Spirit Caliber Knight, we might get back Tribe-Infecting Virus.... :huh :D

I would have thought, or at least, I did think, that the first ban list would have pruned the community back to those players two years ago. Strangely, it seems that a vast majority of players continue to hate the list and continue to complain about every change. I suppose I should factor in that theses aren't always the same players, as this game has a high turnover, but in my mind, this should have happened early on, and the current crew should be more accustomed to change then they are. Well, "should be" in any case.
