New Spellcaster Deck for Review

Hello

I am anticipating the release of the SD6 Spellcaster Structure Deck and have put together what I consider to be a strong and playable Spellcaster Deck. However, I would appreciate some feedback and assistance in tweaking it even further, if possible :)

I feel that I have good field control with Trap destruction, monster callout, and monster destruction but am a bit lacking in the negation of spells - hence the Anti-Spell. I could put in some Magic Jammers or Magic Drains but feel that would bloat my deck. Thoughts?

Some interesting changes to my deck and I notice that, apart from Sangan, all monsters are Spellcasters. I have the following comments against which I would love further comment and discussion:

- I will leave in the Dark Magician Girl because she looks great and I have wanted to include her in a deck for ages. I realise this may lose me every duel but I will just have to put up with that :)

- The addition of Toon Table of Contents was interesting. As you say, this is a 'free' spell activation / resolution which will allow for token addition and the Warlock effect. Anyone else have comments on this?

- I like the effect of Magical Plant Mandragola because it occurs even if attacked and flipped. Conversely, the effect of Apprentice Magician only occurs if the card is summoned in some way. The searchable effect of AM is great, however.

- A few people have talked in various Spellcaster posts about Old Vindictive Magician. He is a bit like Night Assailant but can be searched by Apprentice Magician and clears the field. Is that why is so good in this deck?

- The 3 x Skilled Dark Magician makes perfect sense so I will do that.

- I don't think Rapid-Fire Magician would last on the field long enough to use much of his effect so I probably won't include him.

- I like the effect of Exiled Force and Newdoria and feel that they belong in most decks so at this point will leave them in. Anyone else have thoughts on their inclusion?

- You proposed the removal of Thousand Knives and Diffusion Wave-Motion. Is that simply because they will be too hard to play in a timing sense? Their effects are good and since the plan of the deck seems to get the Dark Magician on the field as much as possible, both cards seems to fit the theme quite well. Anyone else have comment?

- Why not include 2 x Pitch-Black Power Stone? You can reSupply them with counters using cards such as Magical Plant Mandragola & Apprentice Magician, and they are a ready source of counters for so many of the deck's cards, so why only one?

- I agree with removing Miracle Restoring as I have so many other cards to call out Dark Magician already anyway.

- Finally, is there any good way to stop the activation of my opponent's Spell Cards? Not many people seem to play Magic Drain and Magic Jammer which seems to indicate that most (?)people don't care about Dark Hole, Lightning Vortex, Heavy Storm etc. Should we worry about this or not? Maybe this deck is so good at recursion that it is not worth the effort to try and block individual cards in this way?
