Night Assailant and Delinquent Duo

If my opponent plays Delinquent Duo and sends my Night Assailant to the Graveyard and then I send my other Night Assailant to the graveyard from my hand, can I get both of them back like with Graceful Charity, or can I only get one of them back because of how they were sent to the graveyard?

You can get them both back since their effects won't activate until after "Delinquent Duo" has finished resolving (which is after you pick and send your card to the Graveyard).
