Situation 1
Player A Nobleman of Crossout in Hand
Player B Set Monster and Ceasefire

Player A activates Nobleman of Crossout on opponents face down monster. Player B chains with Ceasefire.

I know that the monster will flip up, but I just have to ask... because the activation of Nobleman was correct will the face up monster be removed or will Nobleman of Crossout's effect just Disappear.

Activation correct, resolution not. The targeted card must be face-down at resolution to be destroyed. That's what the requirements are for both Nobleman Cards, "Nobleman of Crossout" and "Nobleman of Extermination".
