When your f/d monster is targeted by NoC, and you chain with Desert Sunlight, is the monster still removed when NoE resolves, or does it remain safely?

As a secondary question, when a continuous Trap (e.g. Gravity Bind), is targeted by Nobleman of Extermination, if the owner of the GB decides to activate the card, will it be removed from play when NoE resolves?

For both questions, please explain any mehcanics details, so I can relay this in detail when needed?

In both cases, if the card is not face-down at the time of Crossout's/Extermination's resolution then the targeted card will not be destroyed.

The mechaincs are simple chain mechanics. The respective Nobleman's targets are leagal upon activation, but the still have to have a face-down targets for proper resolution.
