Ojamas/Star Bow - Ceal/Mage Power

If I have an Ojama monster on my field equip it with the Shooting Star Bow - Ceal and then Mage Power/Sword of the Soul Eater does the ATK of the Ojama become what the Mage Power/Sword of the Soul Eater or does the Decrease in ATK from Shooting Star Bow - Ceal have to be taken into account even though it was initially equipped to a monster of 0 ATK.

Shooting Star Bow - Ceal continually modifies ATK, so it will drop 1000 off of the final ATK value from Sword of the Soul-Eater and Mage Power.
